Experience: 15-18 years

Qualification: BE/ BTech- Civil Engineering | Post Graduate in Project & Operations Management

Job Description:

  • Plan site activities, schedule material supply, monthly billing, review /report project progress in logical steps and budget line
  • Plan, organize of direct activities concerned with the construction and maintenance of structures, facilities and system
  • Monitor departmental work, coordinate with various client/consultant/external agencies to facilitate execution of the job, ensure timely billing and collections, ensure preparation/adherence of QAP/ Safety Plans, and manage/develop team, maintain project discipline
  • Project Completion Report compilation, selection of good supervisors and sub-contractors; ensure material inventories at optimum level, minor site-specific correspondences with clients
  • Liaison with Supervisory personnel, owners, and contractors, design professionals to discuss and resolve matters such as work procedure, complaints and construction problems
  • Applicant must be open for traveling to project sites in North East states / long stays at project sites, as per project requirements
