Job Description:

  • Generate sales for our Core Business Lines:
    RETAIN (Reinforced earth walls, Retaining structures and Soil Reinforcement Applications)
    CROSS (Precast Crossing Structures, Culverts, Abutments)
    PROTECT (Preventive and Protecting infrastructure – Erosion control, coastal defensive structures, River training, Canal lining, Dykes and Bunds)
  • Upgrade business packages
  • Undertake geographical studies and analyses
  • Undertake market studies and analyses
  • Upstream marketing
  • Prepare presentation kits for specific sectors meeting client requirements
  • Build specifications for various clients and consultants for new jobs in the region
  • Prepare detailed cost analyses for new projects along with project feasibility proposals
  • Network with main contractors, clients and consultants for project leads and market intelligence
  • Generate Business Forecast Reports
  • Initiate and develop relationships with key decision makers in target industries for business development
  • Provide value based services and solutions by understanding the needs of clients and giving presentations and demonstrations to prospective clients
  • Undertake techno-commercial discussions and finalize orders of projects
  • Estimate each project cost, calculating gross / net margins of each project as per the design and other contractual risks involved
  • Manage customer service operations and ensure customer satisfaction by achieving service quality norms
